1 Shoe-less Nate
We frequently are being stopped and asked 'Do you know he's missing a shoe?' The answer is usually 'Yes' because Nate does it alllll the time :)

Nate looks so much bigger than when I was there. They grow so fast.
There's a nursery rhyme about "my son John, went to sleep with his stockings on. One shoe off and one shoe on. Diddle, diddle dumpling, my son John." My Nana used to sing it, referring to my dad, John.
